We would recommend R & M Construction to do work for us any time. The porch they built turned out so nicely, our neighbors are now wanting one like it. Since Robert does most of the work himself, he can do the job for less. However, that does not mean the work is not as good. He does excellent work ! He is conscientious about materials he uses and is adaptable to any changes we requested. The county inspectors approved of his work right off and he didn’t have to do anything over to suit them. All in all,we give him an A+

We LOVE our porch !!! It adds so much to the enjoyment of being outdoors in Florida. It makes the house look nicer too.

Our seven step plan enables us to save you time and money. Drawing our own plans helps because as you design your new home your builder is sitting beside you and together you can discuss price, what you want and the things that are important to you. We pride ourselves on being there for the customer; any questions or concerns you have, we are only a call away. Then once your home is finished and you are enjoying your new life we will be there for that first year answering any questions or fixing anything that may arise.
